No, there is no fee for the initial consultation. If you decide to employ Brian's Financial Planning services he will quote you a price in the first meeting.

Yes, he is available for evening meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The last appointment time is 5:00pm.
What is the financial planning process?
The financial planning process begins with a meeting to discuss your financial goals and situation. Brian then takes all your most recent financial information and creates a financial plan customized for you. After he has completed your financial plan (usually within 4 weeks), he presents his findings, options, and recommendations to you. The last meeting is to implement the recommendations from your financial plan. Then depending on the level of service you choose, you meet with Brian quarterly or semiannually to learn additional concepts and review your financial situation.
Why does Brian want to meet at least twice a year?
A lot happens in a year. Your situation may not have changed but the economy changes. Brian recommends meeting at least twice a year to review your financial situation compared to your most recent financial plan.
How much does a Financial Plan cost?
The cost varies depending on the complexity of your financial situation, the level of analysis and how often you would like to meet. Brian will quote you a price at the end of the first meeting. Then it’s up to you to decide if you wish to proceed.
How does Brian get paid?
Brian is paid by Waddell and Reed and receives fees for Financial Planning and Investment Advisory services and commissions for financial products.
How long does it take to get approved for life insurance?
The approval process for life insurance varies depending on the policy amount and type of insurance product as well as the insurance provider. It can take anywhere from two weeks to three months to get approved for life insurance. When you apply for life insurance, the company will examine a number of factors based on its underwriting standards and guidelines. These factors include your current health and physical condition, medical history, occupation, personal habits, avocations and hobbies, age and gender.
