What do I bring to our meeting?

Whether we have been meeting with you for years or its our first time meeting, these documents need to be prepared to ensure our discussion is accurate and meaningful. Please click on the blue link to retrieve the forms. 

1.) Document Checklist: A checklist of all the documents we need to  assembled for your meeting.

2.) Expense Sheet: Please fill out this excel document with your monthly OR annual expenses.  

3.) Asset Allocation Questionnaire: Please print out and answer all 8 questions. This will help us understand your risk tolerance when it comes to your investments.
